If you’ve stopped by the studio recently, you might’ve noticed a colorful new glow. Our pottery painting workshops have seriously taken off and we couldn’t be more jazzed about it!
Truth is, it wasn’t instant magic. There was some good ol’ trial and error (shoutout to the early folks who painted their masterpieces on a mug that may or may not have had a tiny chip...oops). But thanks to your support, patience, and hype, we’ve fine-tuned the experience and turned it into something special. Now we’re seeing folks laugh, connect, and leave with pottery pieces that feel personal and full of soul. That’s the dream.
And we’re not just growing in the paint department our creative community is expanding too! Big love to our friends at Casa Lulu and There’s No Place Like Orange who just opened a new spot called The Squeeze. Trust us—it’s got that fresh, local magic that we live for. Proud of them, and so excited to see what they’re building.
Meanwhile, over here at Soulland, we’re this close to locking in our beer and wine license (we know! we’re screaming too). Imagine sipping your favorite wine while painting a bowl or clinking glasses over your newly customized mug. We’re on the edge of that next chapter, and it feels real good.
Also… in paw-some news, We just adopted a new dog, his name is Mau, and he’s already become part of the Soulland fam. He and Gunner are vibin’, co-hosting workshops like the good boys they are.
With everything moving so fast (hello, AI era!), we’re staying focused on what matters most: creating genuine, joyful experiences where people can unplug and tap into their creative side. The next few months are going to be filled with new offerings, cool collabs, and maybe even a little surprise or two. 👀
