WHEN DO WE RECEIVE OUR FUNDRAISER PAYOUT?
Your 15% payout is sent after the fundraiser once all eligible sales are finalized. I’d set an official promise of within 14 business days.
CAN WE PROMOTE THE FUNDRAISER ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Please do. The more people who see it, the more money you can raise. Tag @soulland.lab and we may help spread the word too.
HOW MUCH CAN OUR ORGANIZATION RAISE?
Your organization earns 15% of eligible fundraiser sales. The more people who show up and create, the more you raise.
IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS?
Yes. We require at least 15 paid guests to host a fundraiser.
HOW LONG IS THE FUNDRAISER?
Most fundraisers run for 2-3 hours. Plenty of time to create, hang out, and raise some money.
CAN KIDS PARTICIPATE?
Absolutely. We host fundraisers for schools, youth programs, sports teams, and families. We’ll help you choose the right experience for your group.
CAN WE HOST IT AT OUR LOCATION?
Yep. We can bring the SOUL+LAND experience to you. Mobile fundraisers may have different minimums and pricing.
HOW DO SUPPORTERS BOOK?
We’ll create a custom booking link for your fundraiser. You share it, your people book, and we track the sales.
Details
Fundraisers are typically hosted Monday–Thursday with a 15-guest minimum. Dates are subject to availability, and 15% of eligible fundraiser sales goes back to your organization.
