Reservations + Your Visit
DO I NEED A RESERVATION?
Walk-ins are welcome when space is available, but reservations are the best way to guarantee your seat.
WHAT DOES THE $10 RESERVATION INCLUDE?
Your $10 reservation includes 2–3 hours of studio time, plus all the paint, brushes, and aprons you need. When you arrive, choose your canvas, tote, or pottery piece, projects range from $19–$120.
HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
Choose your date and time online, reserve your spot for $10, then pick and purchase your project when you arrive. Easy peasy, artsy human. RESERVE NOW
CAN MY GROUP SIT TOGETHER?
Yes! Just add the same group name to each reservation, and we’ll do our best to seat everyone together. Seating is subject to availability, so arriving together is always a good idea.
WHAT IF I’M RUNNING LATE?
Still come! Your reservation holds your spot, and we’ll help you get settled when you arrive. Just keep in mind that your reserved studio time doesn’t extend if you arrive late.
HOW LONG CAN I STAY?
It's at your own pace. Expect two hours on average.
IS THERE MUSIC?
Always. Expect everything from lo-fi and old-school jams to MJ and songs you forgot you loved. Singing along is highly encouraged. Good singing is not required.

We have several art options to choose from and everyone can choose something unique.
DO I NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE?
No experience needed. Just show up and have fun.
CAN I BRING MY OWN CANVAS
Please note that personal canvases or outside art projects aren’t permitted in the studio. We provide all materials for each workshop.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear something cute, comfy, and emotionally prepared for a little paint. We’ve got the aprons...you bring the fit.
CAN I COME ALONE?
Absolutely. Solo dates are highly encouraged. Come create, vibe, and maybe leave with a new friend.
Food + Drinks
CAN I BRING MY OWN DRINKS OR SNACKS?
Absolutely. Bring your favorite snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. We also have drinks and snacks available for purchase..and our café is currently in the works. 👀 Come create hungry. Leave happy.
IS FOOD INCLUDED?
You can bring your own snacks. Our cafe is coming soon.
IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED?
Not yet! We’re currently working on our beer and wine license. For now, outside alcohol is not permitted, but stay tuned. The sips are coming. 🍷👀

WHAT KIND OF EVENTS DO YOU HOST?
Birthdays, date nights, bachelorettes, corporate team building, fundraisers, showers, celebrations, and pretty much any excuse to make something together. You bring the people, we’ll bring the creativity. Contact us here
DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE EVENTS?
Absolutely. Host your birthday, bachelorette, shower, celebration, or just-because party in our creative space. We’ll help you make it your own.
DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE TEAM BUILDING?
Yep. We create hands-on experiences that help teams unplug, connect, and make something together, without the awkward icebreakers.
CAN YOU COME TO OUR LOCATION?
We sure can. We bring the supplies, setup, and creativity to offices, schools, conferences, retreats, and events throughout Southern California.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE IN-STUDIO?
Our studio is best for groups of up to 40 guests. Have a bigger crew? We can bring the experience to you.
Your Pottery
HOW LONG DO YOU HOLD FINISHED POTTERY?
We’ll hold finished pieces for 90 days. After 90 days, unclaimed pottery may be rehomed to make space for new masterpieces.
WHEN WILL MY POTTERY BE READY?
Most pottery is ready in about 10-15 days after glazing and firing. You can check your status online. Click HERE

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG IN THE KILN?
Kilns can be unpredictable, and occasional cracks, glaze imperfections, or other surprises can happen. If something goes seriously wrong during firing, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Policies + Getting Here
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Bring you ID, credit card you purchased ticket with, and your creativity.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
FREE PARKING STRUCTURE: 130 N Lemon St (2–3 minute walk)
Street parking is available around the Orange Circle (some metered during the day). Free after 6pm.
ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Absolutely. Soul+land is for artsy humans of all ages. Children should be supervised by an adult.
RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS
Open Studio Reservations
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your reservation for a full studio credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
Event Tickets
Event tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest. If you contact us at least 48 hours before the event, we may offer studio credit when possible.
Private Events
Deposits are non-refundable. Final payments and cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your event agreement.
Retail Items
Unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Custom, personalized, completed, or fired artwork is final sale.
Pottery + Artwork
Because every piece is handmade, variations and occasional imperfections can happen during firing. Completed, personalized, and fired pieces are non-refundable.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Yes! Well-behaved pets are welcome at our two outdoor easels, so your creative sidekick can hang while you make something. 🐾
