Internationally-recognized Sommelier, Murphy Perng, will share about how red wine is made and spotlight the major differences between the red wine grapes most commonly seen on menus: Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Afterwards, blind taste your last pour and take your best guess at the grape variety. Our hands-on workshop will engage your senses, from sight, to smell, to taste. You'll walk away with an understanding of how to identify different aromas and flavors in your glass and be able to describe wine like an expert.
